Product Availability

Purchase orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of the order, using the original method of payment. Orders that are altered/changed after checkout and payment on the website, for reasons such as; No stock availability on date of dispatch, Return of goods, exchange of goods, leading for multiple dispatches may result in multiple postings to the cardholders consolidated statement.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our Website are only available for delivery to addresses in Chennai City. Express Delivery will be delivered before EOD (Orders made before 12 pm for the day). Normal Delivery will be delivered the next day of order. Any shipments outside of these areas such as; in and around Tamil Nadu & Puducherry will take 2-4 working days to deliver. Expected delivery time will be provided to you upon placement of order. Estimated Delivery time is subject to approval of the order.

Date of delivery may vary based on daily order limit or based on products ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be dispatch in separate shipments. You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are applicable on all orders based on the Delivery Category and Shipping address.

Damages During Transit

In case of any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at our customer service number and provide required proof of damage to claim for a replacement of product.

Refund on Damaged Products

It is possible to return the damaged product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. We will inspect the retuned goods and if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred by our Customer.

Refund on Return

We process refund for all modes of payment (except Credit Card), if the reason for return of goods is acceptable. Or, you can use the refund money to add it to your wallet to use it for future purchases.

Refund on Credit/Debit Card Payment

In case, the Customer cancels the order before shipping, the amount will be refunded back to credit card/debit card automatically which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days, depending upon the issuing bank. For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per Sembians return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the bill amount. The items should be in its original packaging, the original tags and Stickers and Seal to be present along.

All Fresh produce items are sold on estimate weights. Actual product weight may vary. Final invoice will be as per actual weight. We have provided the estimate time to deliver the products and we do everything to meet the deadline but the actual time can vary because of some circumstances beyond our control. Sembians House reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order.
